先ずは、昨日練習一番乗りの
コトコちゃんから

「昨日（日曜日）優勝したらしいなぁ」

　ニヤニヤ　しながら「……はい」

「どないやった？きつかったか？」

　モジモジしながら「……」

「やられそうな試合あった？」

　クネクネ　しながら「……」

「コーチに怒られへんかったか？」

　更にクネクネしながら「……う……ん」

「そっかぁ…それは良かった…」

二番手は、お待たせしましたシュウセイ

「優勝したらしいなぁ」

　ヘラヘラ　しながら　「えっあっ、はい」

「きつい試合あったか？」

　ヘラヘラ　しながら　「ん～べつに…」

「ほ～やるやんけ、負けそうな感じはなかったんやな」

　ヘラヘラ　しながら　「負ける気は、あんまりせんかった」

「おー、スーパーネガティブなお前からそんな言葉を聞くとは
　その言よしっ！コーチから怒られることはなかったか？」

　ヘラヘラ　しながら　「怒られはせんかったけど
　　　　　　　　　　　　ちょっとアドバイスはされたかなぁ…」

「かっこええやんけ、アドバイスって」

　ヘラヘラ　しながら「うっふっふ…」

「気持ち悪いねん」

実際には…
１試合目が終わったあとＮコーチはかなり怒ったそうです。

それをアドバイスと解釈するヤツの頭の中はいったいどうなっているのか？

[お前か]

余るはずないシューズカバーが
片方だけ放置されているのを、選手の子供が見つけ
Ｎコーチに報告を入れたところ…

前方に片方だけシューズカバーを履き、意気揚々と試合へ向かう
シュウセイを発見したそうで…

犯人はお前かぁ！

ヤツの頭の中は、かなり沸いてきているようです。

[感謝]

子供達が褒められるのは、子供達以上に指導者は嬉しいもの

それも、よそ様のチームの方から
「あの選手ええなぁ」と言われると、思わず相好を崩してしまいます。

今大会では、いろんな方々から　お褒めのお言葉を頂戴したようで…

第１位マユちゃん！　　　うん、流石よう分かってくれてる。

同率第２位　コトコちゃん！　　初めてやったアンカーで、よかったなぁ。

同率第２位　なんと、シュウセイ！　こちらは、いかがなものかと・・・

他のチームメイトの頑張りがあればこそ
たくさんの方々が見てくれ、評価して頂けたのだと思います。

他の子達もみんな頑張ったんやで
そこんとこ忘れんとなっ。

褒め言葉を頂けるだけで、やってて良かったなぁと思えます。

今の子供達は褒めて伸ばせと言われ、なんでもかんでも褒められる風潮に。

だから、メリハリもなく調子に乗り、ツケアガル子供がふえる。

その風潮とは逆行するうちの子供達

褒め下手の私から罵倒され、帰れ、やめてまえ、っとまで言われても
歯をくいしばり、踏ん張ってきた子供達です。

その子達を、手放しで褒めてくれる大人の人達がいるだけで

やつらは報われます。

それだけで、救われます。

ほんま、感謝感謝です。ありがとうございました。

Howdy! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this site?
